Hi Wonsuk, There is a bug of the same ?Broken links for Programmer's Guide page? has been filed in JIRA ( IOT-340).
You can view the page for ?Resource registration? and ?Resource discovery? in the program guide page on the right hand side panel by clicking ?Registering a Resource? and ?Finding a Resource below ?Programmer?s Guide.
