The 0.9.1 release of IoTivity is out. This release brings IoTivity closer to 
the OIC[1] draft specification. There 
are no changes between the last release candidate and the final release.

Major new features in this release are:
*General features*
     *  Support for Arduino Due/Mega
     *  Introduction of Java-based API for Android
*Connectivity features*
     *  Support for High QoS  service
     *  Support for channel encryption using DTLS
*Service features*
     *  Introduction of the Soft Sensor Manager API (Linux, Android and Tizen 
supported)
     *  Introduction of an API to load and manage plugins for non-OIC services
         o  Sample plugins provided: Hue (Java-based) and MQTT (C and C++)
             *  Introduction of an API to manage multiple devices as a group 
(Linux, Android and Tizen 
supported)
             *  Support for virtual devices (Linux, Android and Tizen supported)

This release is a preview release of IoTivity, so known issues are to be 
expected. Please
