Hello Chandan

For any person to contribute to IoTivity, you need to create your Linux 
Foundation identity account, set up your Gerrit IDs and then push the change. 
We don't require any signature on any documents prior to accepting code. For

        https://wiki.iotivity.org/submitting_to_gerrit

Note that this does not substitute any requirements your employer may make 
prior to submission. Please check with your colleagues to see if there's any.
