Hi Ziqi, I haven't tried this myself, but code was recently merged that allows IoTivity to be built for Yocto. It is my understanding that this creates a Yocto meta for the Edison. Note that meta is cross compiled on a linux build machine, not built natively on the Edison.
Hope this helps. I just clone the iotivity repo from github and successfully build it on my Ubuntu. Now I want to build it on my Edison board. I just first install scons on my Edison and related lib boost. And then trigger scons to autobuild the project. However it fails. So can you give me some tutorials or instructions on build it? Thanks a lot. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL: <http://lists.iotivity.org/pipermail/iotivity-dev/attachments/20150508/f1b1d917/attachment.html>
