We were discussing on #iotivity about it for a few minutes, and I'm not
sure we want to delete the branch tag.

However, the idea was brought up to just submit a commit to android-api
(and probably should do to connectivity-abstraction!) that deletes every
file, and adds a single README file that says "Branch merged to master
on x/x/15".  This maintains history still, yet still properly shows that
the branches are closed.

Thoughts?
