Hello Jay,
can you create an issue in Jira for the problem you described and assign it to
the security project maintainer.
I added a new version (1.0.1 patch release). Please use this version to track
the issues that should be patched for 1.0.
Thank you, Best regards
Markus

Title : [dev] Request for the critical patch for the Iotivity ver.1.0

Hi all,

I have 2 urgent requests for the critical(Major at least) patch for the
IoTivity ver. 1.0.

When I was tried to build a Resource Server & Client for the embaded device, I
found some problems while executing provisioning the Resource Client into the
Resource Server.
I couldn't, however, specified the problem what make the provisioning not
working properly 'cause several different problems ocurred during the
provisioning steps(Not in specific location of the stack).
Fortunately, I was able to ask to & get support from contributor of the
security module of IoTivity so that I could move on.
However, I'm not 100% sure that the other Resource Server or Client from Other
companies will be able to communicate with mine.
It's "Critical" because the PlugFest#5 at where I should do the
interoperability testing in order to get the OIC Certificate is about to start
next week.

Therefore, I'm requesting for the urgent patch on Iotivity ver. 1.0 which
resolves that issue before the PlugFest#5 starts.

The other request, which is minor one, is that there's no tool or guidelines
for the IoTivity users to use for testing the security functionalities.
I thinks tool or guideline (at least) for testing whether implemention of the
resource server & client works securely or not would be great help to those
Iotivity users.

Thank you.
Jay.
