Hi,
** QA function:
I agree to have a dedicated function lead for QA makes sense. I think it is up
to ISG to make a call for nomination and appoint a QA function lead.
Till then, I see it as my responsibility to take care about it. At least for
the next revision release.

** QA process for revision release:
Currently, the process and function are defined here:
- https://wiki.iotivity.org/qa_activities

So for the next revision release, the following QA tasks are required:
- Coding standard/Guideline/formatter
- Build Verification Test / Unit Test / Integration test
- After co-location integration test by developers
- Integration/Performance Test on Basic TCs
- Sample Application verification
- No OIC Compliance Test
Since only fixes and patches are introduced the QA relies mainly on existing
developer unit tests and simple integration tests and sample application
verification.

Best regards
Markus

+1 from me on having a function dedicated for QA.

Note that this was part of the "Release management and QA" function. So before
we create a new function, let's be sure that we don't already have it and the
work simply didn't get done.

To the Release Manager and QA function lead: do you consider QA part of your
responsibilities? And would you want someone else to take over the QA part of
the responsibilities?
