Hi! In order to use OCRepPayload to instruct a remote server to create a new resource, we need to add a field to OCRepPayload which tells the remote server what the discoverability/observability of the newly created resource should be.
Currently, OCRepPayload covers everything needed for a call to OCCreateResource except for the parameter named "resourceProperties". Should there be such a field in OCRepPayload? Please let me know what you think! Gabriel
