Looks like someone already created the 1.0.0 download page and published it 
*without source code*.

Please don't do that. We've been through this: a release only happens when 
there's something for someone to download. Especially if it's inside the 
"download" hierarchy of the website.

We also need the updated documentation to be uploaded. Whoever is responsible 
for this, please send them to me so I can upload to the website. Or send me 
the required doxygen commands so I can generate them myself. (No javadoc or 
Android commands, please, I don't have the Android SDK)

And please proof-read your texts. The bottom of that page says "This release 
is a preview release of IoTivity, so known issues are to be expected." Since 
the text was prepared and published without my action, I have not edited it in 
any way besides removing that sentence.
