All, The Client Sample application for the Plugin Interface module found at IOTIVITY/plugins/samples/linux/IoTivityandZigbeeClient.c has a known issue where IPv6 requests will not send correctly. The fix for this is on master branch with commit ID "d4253c1c48cf3f844811739cd48d1b80cf38df7f". If you find yourself using IoTivity 1.0.0 and require the use of IPv6 (or mixed IPv4 & IPv6), please apply this commit as a patch to your version of IoTivity.
I am in the process of updating the release notes for this issue now. This issue is already guaranteed to not be exhibited in later versions of IoTivity (post 1.0.0).
