[dev] GCC/G++ Compiler Version on 1.0.0-RC3 Tag

Hi All,

I am trying to build IoTivity with compiler version 4.6.4, and the build is 
failing. Please see attached error log.

Furthermore, when I use compiler version 5.2 (as distributed by Ubuntu 15.10 
x86_64), the build works fine.

Please advise next steps or confirm the findings and we can form next steps.
