Hi Todd, That option no longer exists.
I just verified the Jenkins build configuration and you should be able to still leave a comment in your changeset on the patch you'd like to re-build with the contents "reverify". However, this will re-trigger all the builds. You will have the option to re-trigger ALL the associated builds or just the single one that failed.
