Soletta currently supports Linux and RIOT. The Contiki port is in
initial state, it only contains IO (gpio, i2c, ...) and mainloop. From
the OIC side, soletta has its own implementation, that is under heavy
development following iotivity (with compatibility between them). As the
implementation is on top of Soletta network layer, to enable OIC in
other OS it'll only be necessary implement this layer.
