Hello, I just needed to cross-compile Iotivity for Android. I needed a chroot environment to do that cleanly, and the iotivity root directory ended up being 22 GB, plus a little more for the chroot environment.
I had to spend hours downloading the right components in the Android SDK, and the NDK too. Luckily I have a very fast Internet connection, and if I hadn't, it would have taken me literally DAYS, to complete this task. This is is quite a high entry barrier for people who need to get started, and this seriously harms the reach of the project, IMHO. Would you consider providing binary releases available on your webpage?
