There are three similar features for related with sequential actions,
scene, script and rule in the spec.
>From IoTivity view, only scene has been implemented and released.

>From the Primitive Service perspective,
        We have considered simple rule engine such as IFTTT.
I will share the idea detail if we willing to participate and contribute
the code.
