Harish, Thank you, I was able to use the second URL with no problem (but not the first).
Following the directions at https://wiki.iotivity.org/iotivity_tool_guide, I'm now having problems with the prerequisites to launch the Eclipse plug-in. Specifically, item #3 -- where is the "IoTivity home directory"? I cannot seem to find this directory on my machine.
