Currently, there is no API to get the Client IP:port information in IoTivity even though CoAP header has that information. If you request observe you can get the Client address but, this is work- around way. Only possible solution looks that client send it?s IP address in POST call. Anyway, I understand the your use case of client IP acquisition and request to add this kind of API in Iotivity sooner.
