Hello,

I noticed that IoTivity fails to create a resource if the resource type name
includes a capital letter. The log message says "resource type illegal (see
RFC 6690)", and sure enough upper case is excluded there in section 2.
However, some of the released models on oneiota.org (such as
oic.r.sensor.atmosphericPressure http://oneiota.org/revisions/451) include
upper case letters in the name.

Is the bug in IoTivity or the model definition?

Thanks,
-Todd
