I just told the way I would do if I had to bring support to fedora for
artik and other ARMv7 devices.

For now, I can help to get your programs working on tizen or yocto
as I used iotivity on ARTIK10.
(I can aslo explain how to get iotivity-contrainted working in tizen too)
