I am building Iotivity on windows 7 according to the document as following:

when i run the command " run command", I got this :
ERROR: Cannot determine the location of the VS Common Tools folder.
???????????
Starting IoTivity build with these options:
TARGET_OS=windows
TARGET_ARCH=amd64
SECURED=1
TEST=1
LOGGING=OFF
ROUTING=EP
WITH_UPSTREAM_LIBCOAP=0
'CL.exe' ???????????????????
???????
