It looks like the correct solution to this problem is to throttle the builds of this job to just one. The documentation on the JJB config option is here: https://docs.openstack.org/infra/jenkins-job-builder/properties.html#properties.throttle And the source for the JJB config lives here: https://git.iotivity.org/ci-management/tree/jjb/iotivity/iotivity-jobs.yaml#n164 I will create a change request for your review.
