Hello folks!

I have successfully built iotivity under Ubuntu 16.10 running on a VM on my Mac
and am now trying to build on the MacOS 10.12 host.

  Here is what I ran:

 $scons SYS_VERSION=10.12 VERBOSE=1 TEST=1

The build has some warnings, but no obvious errors; yet, some things are
clearly not being built,

Yea I observed this as well, I supposed it was on purpose,
it would be nice to track 'darwin' in SConscripts and eventually share patches.
but there are few MacOSX developers that can actually test on system,
if you are of them let us know (on jira?),
then we could split the job between subsystem maintainers.

Hope this help.
