fwiw i largely (bigly?) agree.  but i think it's useful nonetheless to moot
the issue and get it in writing.  after all, ocf - as i read it - is more
or less explicitly designed to support componentization.  not just the PM
but lots of things, like resource directories, onboarding tools, etc. - it
should be plugnplay, and i think it would be a Good Thing to keep such
ideas front and center even if they're a bit out of reach at the moment.
