Hi folks,

For those of you working on closing P1 (i.e. certification blocking) issues in
the security code base, please try to follow this process for JIRA tickets:

1. Once the JIRA issue is assigned to you and you have begun actively
working on it, mark as "In Progress"

2. When a Gerrit patch is submitted with the correct "[IOT-nnnn]" in the
subject, the JIRA issue should automatically update with a link to the patch...
if not, please go ahead and post a link to the patch in the comments section of
the JIRA issue

3. Once the Gerrit patch has been merged to 1.3-rel, please do not mark
"Resolved", but instead, add a comment like "fixed; please verify" and assign
the issue back to the original submitter (in most current P1 security issues,
this is Mushfiqul Islam, for example)

4. The issue submitter will then verify that the issue is resolved, and
mark the JIRA issue "Resolved"

There are many effective ways to use JIRA but this is the way I would like us
to follow especially between now and Aug 18th deadline, to make sure no
CTT-blockers slip by unresolved.

Thank you for your hard work and please let me know if there are any questions
or if this doesn't make sense for some reason!

Nathan
