Sure, we have API for connect with BT device.
You can use createBond API in CaInterface.
Use StartScan to scan before bonding.

Is there an API that an IoTivity server could connect with a BlueTooth device?
Start looking for near BT devices and then pair with a specific device (checking MAC) and using PIN?
In effect what I'm asking is there an API to programmatically pair the BT device before starting communication?
