I am observing today, that jenkins is not queuing new jobs and fail to
trigger them individually,
have you found the root cause of this issue that already happened before:

If not maybe a watchdog could be a desirable workaround to restart it
automatically ?
Not related, I've just found out that some mem leak checks were ignored,
