Hi,

do you want to run ./simpleclient ./simpleserver models in particular or are
you interested in just building IoTivity successfully on the raspberry pi?

Thanks,

-Rami

Dear Sir/Madam,

Warm greetings.

We are deploying Iotivity1.3.0 in between Ubuntu host and RaspberryPi3 for an
academic purpose. The build was successful in Ubuntu14.04. However , the
./simpleclient ./simpleserver modules cannot run (communicate) for this
version(1.3.0). The snapshot for aforementioned scenario is below.

Hi
Yea I confirm this problem
Please try again on 1.3-rel branch,
there is a patch from me in it
to work also on default secured more

1.3.0 will work again only if you rebuild it without security enabled

Others examples might be updated too, but I checked about thoses in:

https://wiki.iotivity.org/examples<https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwiki.iotivity.org%2Fexamples&data=02%7C01%7Canilkumar03006%40hotmail.com%7Cf9c68b78647c4bdc05df08d517c9cc22%7C84df9e7fe9f640afb435aaaaaaaaaaaa%7C1%7C0%7C636441077834722528&sdata=ZoxbDC5Ntl2eCIBIDIJ2hGo%2FpcBWF5HsejLaFPoHY2M%3D&reserved=0>

BTW, one question which OS are you running on Pi3 ? is it in 64bits mode?
And how did you built iotivity to it ?

I've been testing on aarch64 too and it works fine on Drangon board using yocto
(and also on pi0+), now Tizen is supporting Pi3 as reference platform so it
also worth a try ;)

Regards
