MQ flag is OFF

Reading IP adapter script
Include path is ['../api', '/

this Given Transport is IP , this does mean Bluetooth is not supported?if so,
how could i change this configuration?thanks for any information or suggestion.

CONFIG_PACKAGE_iotivity ,
CONFIG_PACKAGE_iotivity-cpp
the error message is very long...
iotivity need download other github source, is this the reason?
any clue or any trouble shooting that i can do?
