yup, each certification application includes a designation of whether
the outcome should be "held" and until what date, usually this will be
due to a pre-planned release announcement.  Don't forget CES is just
around the corner, when many people announce new stuff.

as an interested individual with no corporate skin in the game, I'd
think if we are at the end of 2018 and the list still looks skinny, then
it's time to worry - but even that might not actually be true.
