There are lots of diagrams around for Iotivity and ocf. For example https://wiki.iotivity.org/ownership_transfer_and_provisioning
Problem is no sources. Outdated diagrams cannot be updated. Nor can they be modified for other purposes? Any way to get some source code? Going forward I propose pgf/tikz as a standard. See for example http://www.texample.net/tikz/examples/pgf-umlsd/ G
