I have a few things I would like to gather data on, but Jira can quickly generate reports that potentially are kind of interesting. These two are Average Age and Resolution Time:

I set them to report weekly and go back 180 days. What I read from these is that issues that get resolved don't take forever (most periods the time seems to average 2 months, plus or minus), but the average age of unresolved tickets is very long, so there's a lot that isn't being handled effectively. Note sometimes "handle effectively" could mean making a decision that a ticket just isn't going to get addressed, and so tossing it out so as not to set unreasonable expectations. _______________________________________________ iotivity-dev mailing list [email protected] https://lists.iotivity.org/mailman/listinfo/iotivity-dev
