The official OCF version for the Bangkok release will be 2.0 And the so called point releases will be 2.0.x
If IoTivity wants to call it 1.4, that is fine, but then we need a translation table somewhere in the Wiki. Just my opinion, proceed as you guys see fit, if Bangkok is more descriptive, so be it.
