Hi,

The thread_init() is conflicted with an AIX provided function.
$ grep thread_init /usr/include/sys/*.h
/usr/include/sys/thread.h:void thread_init();
/usr/include/sys/thread.h:void thread_init(ulong, ulong, ulong, ulong);
/usr/include/sys/thread.h:void thread_init(unsigned long long,
unsigned long long);
/usr/include/sys/thread.h:void thread_init(unsigned long long,
unsigned long long);
Maybe you should rename this function, for example, thread_initialize().
