I do not think so. Wireless is a shared medium and 802.11 is not "fire at will". Every node obeys the MAC protocol. So what other nodes are doing has a massive impact on how fast A can send. Maybe it is not your problem here but I guess it's good to keep in mind. > (RTS/CTS is turned off.)
