I've added some docs and build targets for creating a real jperf.app for jperf
on OS X. It can also be packaged into a standard .dmg file for distribution. It
does not include the iperf binary, instead relying on the user to install iperf
via macports or homebrew.

If people like it, perhaps I'll submit a patch here on SF. However, it seems
that the patch queue is very long and largely untouched in the past ~3-4 years.
