I've more-or-less finished the iperf3 migration to GitHub.  There are
still some loose ends but as far as I can tell the source code, issue
tracker, and wiki are all moved.

I've deactivated (but not deleted) most of the content on the Google
Code site, and put a pointer to GitHub.

It'll probably take me a few days to tie up those aforementioned loose
ends.  Once things settle down a bit I'm going to see about doing a
maintenance release consisting of 3.0.1 plus selected bug fixes (and
*maybe* a minor feature or three).
