Tru64 5.1A error: ../tools/ipftest.c, "(*ifp->if_output)" expects5 arguments, but 4 are supplied

Hi-

I'm a new subscriber, so pardon me if this has been answered before.

Attempting to build the Tru64 5.1A version (ipf40a23.tar.gz)
I get the following error:

cc: Error: ../tools/ipftest.c, line 249: In this statement, "(*ifp->if_output)" 
expects 5 arguments, but 4 are supplied. (toofewargs)
                        (*ifp->if_output)(ifp, (void *)m, NULL, 0);
------------------------^

Any ideas what the problem is?
