I've posted an somewhat similar questing some time ago
(http://false.net/ipfilter/2002_08/0175.html) and didn't get any answer.
So here is my problem in a nutshell:
I've set up a FreeBSD -stable host running ipf which has a rule
"count in on tun0 dup-to rl0:10.99.99.99 all".
I could ping the loghost from the firewall but no packets are logged.
I managed to copy some packets which don't belong to stateful connections
with other rules but it wasn't satisfying.
ipfstat -ai shows that there are plenty of packets accounted, even
those belonging to stateful connections.
What might went wrong in my setup?
