ipfilter and bounce

Hello,
        Could someone provide a bouncer for faq8? I'm having that issue
whereby internal traffic can not reach my domain, yet internet traffic
can. I've got a ipfilter router which i assume is where the bouncer would
go, it's running fbsd. I've checked out bounce, but either i gave it the
wrong cintax or it won't do what i need. Any help appreciated.
