ipfilter4 on fc3

Hello,
I'm testing out ipfilter v4.1.8 on Fedora Core3 with the latest updates as
of 12 last night. I'm getting a compilation error2 and the process stops.
I've searched for a .spec file so i could build an rpm, didn't see it. I'd
appreciate any help.
