I'm not sure if the 4.1.12 email got out properly as it didn't show
up in my mailboxes but if anyone checked the web page, it was there.

Anyway, it was something of a flawed creation as I introduced a bug
that would have been discovered if I had of run my own test suite.

Anyway, with that fixed, I had a chance to roll up a couple of other
changes to make port knocking work a bit better with "auth" rules.
Auth rules can now work with return-rst or return-icmp and its
variations.
