pass/block a port range

Hello All -

I am an ipfilter newbie and I am wondering if there is a way to
pass/block a port range

 

I'd like to do something like this:

 

pass in log quick on eri0 proto tcp/udp from any to any port = 50100
:65535

 

But can't seem to find if this is OK or what the syntax is if defining a
port range is OK.

 

Any suggestions?
