I'm aware of all these concepts, have the ability to utilize them,
and do so. I'm actually asking on behalf of the folks who appparently don't
know how to do this, as evidenced by the OOO notification I received even on
my request for this list feature. Any well-behaved OOO system will, by
default, refrain from sending a notification upon the presence of any of the
headers cited in RFC 2369, without user intervention to explicitly handle them.
