It appears the initial attempt I was pasting output from was using
"Extended Passive Mode". Would that be sufficiently different from
PASV that it would not work? If not, then I'll have to figure out why
passive isn't working, if it should. (It's been a few years since I
looked at all of the protocol details about extended modes, active/
passive, etc. I don't remember all of it right off. I'll take a look
at the traffic sometime to see if I can figure out what's being
blocked.)
