Hello all, Someone asked about the slide gesture, and now it's my turn to see if anyone has tips about doing the right flick. I have heard it described as the same motion you might use to remove a speck of lint, and when I attempt it in the practice section of the iPhone, it appears that I'm doing it right. However, I can never get it to work when going from one field or button to the next. Does this gesture have to be performed particularly slowly or quickly or in a specific section of the screen or with specific fingers or parts of fingers? Of all the motions I need to learn and can't quite get, this seems to be the most important, so any help would be marvelous.
