Just an observation, but I find it a bit odd that the actual _phone_ portion of the iPhone isn't customizable in any useful way. I'd love to be able to type a few digits and have the iPhone complete the rest for me. I'd love to be able to permanently redirect incoming junk calls to a recording, "You have reached a number that is no longer in service". Etc. Why is the phone portion so fixed and antiquated? In this area the iPhone really falls short, IMHO.
