I am still syncing my iPhone 4 by USB cable to my iMac. Its been
acting strange, so I performed the Restore function offered on the
iTunes page while my phone is selected. It then proceeded to resync
the phone and all its former music, podcasts, contacts, calendars,
etc. At the end of this very protracted procedure, the iPhone showed a
message stating that 1600 songs were not synced because of an error,
see iTunes for more info. I found no info on iTunes and having
performed several resets before the restore, I am worried about what
the heck is going on with this phone. I purchased it in Nov 2010 and
failed to purchase AppleCare, so its out of warranty.
Any ideas or suggestions?
