After upgrading to iOS 8.1.3, I got software update notifications for Pages, Garageband, iTunes U, iMovie, Numbers, Apple Store, and Keynote. So I touched the update icon for iTunes U (28.8MB) and it changed the little icon on the right-hand side to a spinning circle with a little split. And it spins and spins and spins. Day 1 passes. Still spinning. Day 2 passes. Still mindlessly spinning. I touch on Numbers, same result.
