There's some stuff with stored data in bookmarks that might be
useful.  You can also store some data in cookies.

It would be helpful if we could get a feature that a) loses the top
and bottom bar of Safari (automagically) and b) have a way to make a
bookmark to a URL on the desktop.  WIth those two things, just about
everything else has a workaround.
