Dave,

Currently, one cannot download and store any media content via Safari on the
iPhone.  People are hacking away at that very problem, trying to find some
backdoor way of doing it.

The only thing that comes to mind is to create a podcast of your content so
people could subscribe via iTunes on their desktop.  That means that iTunes
would sense when you have new content available and download it
automatically to their computers.  The next time they sync with the iPhone,
they have the option of transferring the content over to the phone for later
viewing.
